On 25th January NHS England and South Tees CCG approved our application to close our list to newly registering patients,
The surgery has closed its list to new patients for a period of 3 months.
This is due to not successfully recruiting a new full time GP and in order to maintain the good clinical care we offer our patients it has been decided along with the support of South Tees CCG and NHS England to close our list for a period of 3 months. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
LIST CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
